Hotel corridors are often lit for 24 hours a day,
seven days a week and every week of the year – 8750 hours. Halogen
dichroic downlights make an attractive downlight which suits the space,
but which burns 35 or 50 watts to do so. Lasting for 3-5000 hours,
these lights frequently need changing. Changing these several
times year is an overhead and a hassle for a busy hotel.

Employing Greenled’s “Antares” 5
watt lamp, Blunsdon House hotel have lit their Pavilion corridor
beautifully. Darren the facilities technician complains that
he has never had a reason to check the bulbs in the corridors
