CURRENT COSTS: what are your Current Costs?

Lighting: only once the costs of your current lighting are clearly understood can changes be made – we can help you assess these at the outset with an initial survey
Maintenance: lighting commercial premises is an endless, repetitive and often thankless task - ask your maintenance guys and your COHSS team - our aim is to reduce these tasks
Consequential Costs: traditional lighting is hot. It can operate at 250˚C plus, requiring air-conditioning to control and extra fire drills to remove risks - our LEDs will rectify this
Stock-holding: traditional lighting is inefficient – it blows after 3,000 – 8,000 hours and needs to be replaced. That means keeping spares in stock - our LED systems last 50,000 hours
Design: blown lights give a poor impression. This often results in ad hoc bulb replacement decisions. Poor consistency can often be more costly.

Stock-holding: once installed the design and consistency of LED lighting is maintained for years – holding a stock of spares is a thing of the past
Design: maintaining the initial lighting look that was created at the outset suddenly becomes a continuing reality with LEDs
Image: customers may not be taken in by greenwash. They will be by bright, cost-effective, energy-efficient lighting design

Overall picture: even once you’re committed to LEDs and you’ve seen them light up your premises – they may still appear to be a major capital cost
