Greenled Light Limited has a standard warranty on products, the period of which varies from product to product and which is detailed on the relevant product specification sheet
.
Such warranty will not extend to any product that is:
• modified or altered
• not maintained to manufacturer maintenance recommendations
• operated in a manner other than that specified
• treated with abuse, negligence or other improper treatment
The warranty provided does not cover any products or parts thereof which have failed:
• through normal wear and tear
• from fault or negligence of the user
• from causes external to the products or
• from modifications to the products made without the express prior written approval of Greenled.
For the avoidance of doubt the warranty provided for products which require transformers/drivers to perform will only apply where recommended transformer/driver is acquired through, and installed as directed by Greenled Light Ltd.
